The Nicest Experience
Some months ago I had one of the nicest company reps visit my office in a long time, her name was Kim. I work for Dr. Steven A. Friedman in Havertown and she came in to give me information on your company and explain what equipment you had available. She was a lovely person.
For the first time, I rented one of your scooters over the weekend of April 9th. I just want to say what a great experience it was. Your man Rich could not have been more informative and helpful. He instructed me on how to disasssemble the scooter and gave me all the infomation that I might require. This was the nicest experience I have had in a long time. He was so professional and is certainly a credit to your Company as is Kim, keep these two and don't let them go to a competitor.
I have already given your brochure to a couple of patients, and in fact just yesterday I gave one to a patient and explained to him my experience with you and/or your agents.
I am interested in purchasing one of your scooters, unfortunately I cannot afford a new one, but Rich and Kim said that you do have some used scooters for sale. I would appreciate any information you can give me on them. I am on Medicare, so if you have any info on what they might pay that would be great also. I am raising a 12 year old grandson and after sports equipment for baseball and roller hockey there is not too much left for granny, but I love every minute of it.

Saved on a Sunday
I just wanted to share what happened to me yesterday. I had planned to take my 2 year-old Godson to the Circus. While waiting for paratransit, we heard a loud sound like a gun shot. It was the front wheel on my wheelchair! I contacted Ray, the manager of Liberty Wheels. Ray was able to meet me at the showroom and change my tires. What a blessing to have Liberty Wheels! I know of no other Vendor that would have done a service visit in the same day, especially on a Sunday. This is what makes Liberty Wheels unique and different from other vendors. Thanks again Ray.

Making History Accessible
I rented a scooter from you during my stay at the Holiday Inn in Philadelphia from June 4 through June 7. I found it very helpful for the enjoyment of my stay, especially while visiting all the historic sites in town. I had no trouble going from the Holiday Inn to the waterfront and back. I had it plugged into the charger each night, even though I did not need it. It held a full charge all weekend. I will not hesitate to call you if I get another chance to visit my son in Philadelphia. I hope there are other similar companies in other cities that I visit that offer the same services you do. If I do travel to another city, I will not hesitate to research them. Thank You.

Professional and Caring
I just want to say that it's not often that you run across a very professional, caring person. Richard is very professional. He really cares and he takes the time to make sure everything is okay and at the end you know how and what to do. Keep him around and listen to him; he knows what the people want. He knows how to deal with people who are hurting, and does not take it personally when a patient is irritated, and listens to them. Keep up the good work.
